Service Description

Initial survey of 2 days on site, 2 days office work and review of findings with owners. Flash tour, patient and team interviews, review of all books, logs, items from governing body, in depth physical plant inspection, water room check, close evaluation of staff adherence to policy and procedures, review of clinical documentation. POC and evidence binders will be provided on all findings with suggestions to correct. Also includes review of findings with team at owners’ discretion.
