I created the Nephrology Nurse Leadership Network to bring nursing expertise to the table in ways that strengthen healthcare teams, support facilities, and improve patient care.

With more than 15 years of nursing experience and nearly 25 years in healthcare, my work focuses on strengthening kidney care programs, supporting long-term and skilled care teams, and helping healthcare organizations improve outcomes through education, compliance guidance, and leadership development.

Through my work as a nurse consultant and clinical educator, I partner with healthcare organizations to provide practical insight, strategic guidance, and real-world solutions that support both front line staff and leadership teams.

The Network was also created to help nurses recognize and utilize their expertise in ways that contribute to meaningful improvements within healthcare organizations.
